"Every family is different. My job is to meet you where you are and help you find what works for you."
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
You deserve to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. We'll work together to help you find your way forward.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you're seeking support for yourself or looking for help with your child. You may be navigating difficult experiences, struggling with emotions, or feeling unsure how to move forward.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I value authenticity, humor, kindness, vulnerability, and open communication. I want you to feel safe asking questions, sharing your experiences, and being honest about what you're going through without fear of judgment.
I recognize that everyone's experiences, relationships, and circumstances are different. Your background, values, and identity are important parts of who you are, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel respected and understood. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to bring my clinical experience and knowledge to help you identify your strengths, work through challenges, and find what works best for you.
Whether we're working together individually or focusing on your relationship with your child, we'll build on your strengths, explore new perspectives, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is for you to feel empowered, supported, and more confident in navigating life's challenges.
"No judgement, no one-size fits all answers - just real support to help you move forward."
HOW I CAN HELP
Support for life's challenges, for you and your family.
Whether you're working through difficult experiences yourself or looking for support with your child's behavior, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Work through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and difficult life experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating changes in your life, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect you, therapy can help you better understand yourself and find a path forward.
Jen takes a collaborative, individualized approach, helping you recognize your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. She values authenticity, open communication, and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what matters to you.
Jen offers individual therapy exclusively through telehealth, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Virtual Adult Therapy

Build a stronger connection with your child, increase your confidence as a parent, and learn practical ways to manage challenging behaviors. If you're struggling with tantrums, aggression, defiance, or frequent power struggles, PCIT can help you better understand your child's behavior and develop effective strategies for responding.
Through live coaching and individualized support, you'll practice new skills, encourage positive behaviors, and learn to set consistent boundaries while strengthening your relationship with your child. Jen offers PCIT exclusively through telehealth, allowing you to receive coaching from home and apply what you learn to everyday situations.

MY EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience. Thoughtful, individualized care.
I bring more than a decade of experience working with children, adults, and families navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, and difficult life experiences. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals and families affected by childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, and other traumatic experiences.
I've provided Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) since 2016 and have experience training other therapists in PCIT and other evidence-based treatment approaches. I'm passionate about helping caregivers strengthen their relationships with their children while developing practical skills to navigate challenging behaviors and everyday parenting struggles.
My clinical background also includes working with neurodivergent individuals, children and families navigating complex behavioral and developmental needs, and people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I recognize that no two people or families are alike, and I believe effective therapy requires understanding each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether we're working through difficult experiences in individual therapy or strengthening the relationship between a parent and child, my goal is to help you build on your strengths and find an approach that works for you.
