When you contact us to get started, we'll ask you to provide your insurance information so our billing team can contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits on your behalf.

Once we receive that information, we'll email you a summary of the benefits information we receive, including what you may expect to pay for services.

We also encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to confirm your benefits and ask any questions about your coverage. This can help you better understand your plan and avoid unexpected costs.

Please keep in mind: Benefit information provided by your insurance company is an estimate and does not guarantee payment. Your actual responsibility depends on how your insurance processes each claim.

Clear Minded Counseling works with a variety of insurance plans. However, our therapists are individually credentialed, so accepted insurance plans vary by provider. Not every therapist is in network with every plan.
