"You don't have to figure it out all on your own."
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
Compassion first.
Growth together.
Sometimes, life feels overwhelming, and it's hard to know where to start. You don't have to figure it all out on your own. Together, we can make sense of what you're experiencing and find practical ways to move forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, personable, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as you are, talking openly about what you're experiencing, and knowing you'll be met with compassion, understanding, and honesty. I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It's about understanding yourself, recognizing patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and learning new ways to navigate life's challenges and relationships.
I believe meaningful change comes from combining understanding with action. We'll work together to identify your goals, explore what's getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I'm comfortable having difficult conversations when needed, but I approach them with care, curiosity, and a focus on problem-solving. My goal is to help you feel understood while building the confidence and skills to move forward.
“I'll challenge you, cheer you on, and help you keep moving forward."
HOW I CAN HELP
Support for life's challenges, big and small.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through difficult experiences, or looking for support with your child, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to build skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
Work through anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma, and other challenges that interfere with daily life. Learn to face difficult situations, break unhelpful patterns, and build confidence through practical, evidence-based strategies.
Adult Therapy

Parenting can feel overwhelming when the strategies you've tried aren't working. PCIT helps caregivers better understand their child's behavior, strengthen their connection, and build confidence using practical, evidence-based parenting skills.

A LOOK INSIDE MY OFFICE
A space to connect, learn, and grow.
My office is a welcoming space for honest conversations, learning new skills, and working toward meaningful change. I have a dedicated space for working with children and parents, where families can practice new skills and strengthen their connection together. Whether we're meeting one-on-one or working as a family, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to get started.
MY EXPERIENCE
Specialized training. Evidence-based care.
I provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have a special interest in anxiety-related concerns, including panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and traumatic stress. I'm also passionate about helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children and build stronger, more connected relationships through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
My training includes several evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs.
