Toys for Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) utilizes creative, opened ended toys to help build the parent-child relationship, facilitate implementation of skills, as well as reduce opportunities for conflict and rough play. I've created a list of some of my and my client's favorite Special Time toys. Ideally you want to have multiples of each toy so you can imitate your child's play, which is one of the skills learned in PCIT.
